Vehicle availability may vary depending on the travel date, destination, duration, vehicle type, and existing bookings. Kavish Tours & Travels reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative vehicle when the requested vehicle is unavailable, subject to discussion with the customer.

3. Fares and Charges

Fares may vary depending on the vehicle selected, distance, route, travel duration, tolls, parking charges, permits, taxes, fuel costs, and other applicable expenses.

The final fare and applicable additional charges will be communicated to the customer before or during booking, as applicable.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation and booking-change policies may vary depending on the nature of the booking, travel date, vehicle, and other circumstances. Customers are requested to contact Kavish Tours & Travels as early as possible if they need to cancel or modify a booking.

Any applicable cancellation charges or refund conditions will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, drop locations, travel dates, contact details, and other information required for the journey.

Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle restrictions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect pickup or arrival times.

Customers are expected to use the vehicle responsibly and follow applicable laws and reasonable instructions provided by the driver. Customers should not engage in activities that may damage the vehicle or create a safety risk for passengers, the driver, or other road users.

7. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during the journey. Kavish Tours & Travels is not responsible for personal items that are lost, forgotten, or left inside the vehicle.

8. Travel and Safety

We aim to provide comfortable and reliable transportation with experienced drivers and well-maintained vehicles. However, travel conditions can change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are expected to follow applicable safety requirements and cooperate with the driver during the journey.
